Dragon Crest - Prologue
"Who are you?"
Lupus stood widened in shock over the creature in front of him; raging over his ashen body was an enormous, white-scaled dragon, smiling down at him with a strange curiosity. The wind made Lupus bristle, as his pelt fluttered out in all direction. Sunlight would've struck him in the eyes, if the strange dragon didn't spread his wings in time; vast shadows bathed the wolf in a canopy, and despite the shock this moment he calmed down.
"Don't you recognize me?" the dragon said, looking down at Lupus. White fur rippled from the tip of his ears to his tail, a strong colour that reflected the weak amount of sunlight hitting him. He was 5'9'' tall, rather slender but slightly muscular, firm paws and a flowing tail. Blinking up at him, the wolf merely muttered.
